IMMORTAL LOVE IMPRESSES ON DEBUT..  IMMORTAL LOVE IMPRESSES ON DEBUT..

Beautifully bred Snitzel 2YO Immortal Love, gave his Syndicate of owners a great thrill on debut when he saluted in fine style at Echuca on May 4 in the Emp and D 2YO Maiden over 1100 meters. Jumping a touch slow, jockey Craig Newitt stood over Immortal Love in the early stages and had him eventually travelling beautifully in the box seat throughout. Only needing a touch of luck to get out at the turn, the run presented and with Newitt riding vigorously, Immortal Love found the necessary turn of foot required to pick up the leader Suprina and hit the line strongly to score running away by 2 lengths. This gives her Syndicate and the Mare Loveyamadly three winners from her only three foals to race and she is doing the job beautifully so far to date. Her first foal Classic Gaming was sold by the Syndicate at the 2017 Sydney Easter sales for $200,000 and has won two and placed on four further occasions, the second foal was Bella Amore who is currently being successfully raced by the Syndicate having won at Metropolitan level in Dec at Sandown and was desperately unlucky not to have secured a second Metropolitan win at Flemington 10 days later when run over late after travelling wide throughout by the very smart Kuramae. She is currently back in work and looks set to improve on the $65,000 that she has currently earned to date for connections whilst Immortal Love, who is the third foal, looks an exciting 2YO to follow for the future as he has been very lazy at Caulfield yet has always shown good ability on the track. That ability up until today had been over shadowed somewhat by some indifferent trial form leading into Echuca, however co-trainers Mick Price and Michael Kent had been aggressive with him in his work and with the addition of blinkers, it has no doubt been instrumental in a faultless Echuca win and a great result for his Syndicate!
